Corinium Language Associates is a company that provides language services to other businesses, specialising in multilingual recruitment. We work with clients from a wide range of industries located throughout the country.

Our client is a leading provider of retailer-integrated e-commerce in the US. They drive the online shopping and order fulfillment processes for over 400 consumer brands, working with a large network of retailers. Having set up their European operation in Swindon, they are now looking to expand and in doing so are looking to add a Customer Service Representative with fluent Swedish language to support their clients.

The role is to provide quick and effective order processing service to manufacturers, retailers and consumers by email and telephone. You will also deal with queries and assist with reviewing company website information in Swedish. You will continuously seek and recommend improvements in the service provided to customers.

You have fluency in English and Swedish. If you have additional knowledge fo French or German, this would be an advantage. You should have experience of working in a busy customer services environment and strong IT skills, in particular MS Office, and an excellent telephone manner. You are positive, methodical and a good team worker. You are able to work under pressure to agreed timescales.

You will receive detailed training on the use of their web-based computer application.

Salary guideline ca £22K.
