The Role
We are seeking a number of motivated, financially astute and experienced sales people to join our rapidly expanding team based in London. You will be responsible for representing the suite of Bloomberg Professional solutions to both potential and existing clients, in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, including the top tier of financial institutions around the world. With a consultative approach, you will identify our clients' needs and demonstrate how Bloomberg solutions will help them make the best investment/trading decisions.
Our products enable customers to utilize real-time news, data, and powerful analytical tools. These roles demand confident, team playing, client focused individuals who thrive in a high-energy environment. A passion to learn about Bloomberg’s functionality, products and services and promote these features to our clients in the investment community is a must. This role will involve frequent travel.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of and experience using Bloomberg a must.
* Experience working in or selling to any of the following markets:
Bonds, Equities, Commodities, Energy, Derivatives and Foreign Exchange & Money Markets.
* Proven consultative sales and customer relationship skills.
* Ability to build and maintain solid client relationships.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Fluency in German is essential.
