They have centralised their European Customer Service and Financial Shared Service operations into the South of England. This operation is responsible for over 1 million customers and €6bn worth of annual sales.

Role: Due to customer demands new positions have been created to support their European customers. Their European CS Team is responsible for managing the needs of their English and Dutch customers. Customer service representatives are responsible for a particular market and support the needs of their corporate customers in that region. You will take between 20-40 calls per day and troubleshoot the needs of your customers. In addition you will process customer orders, respond to ad hoc queries and develop your relationship with your customers.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess fluency in Dutch with customer service or client facing skills. Experience of working in a professional work environment will be an advantage as you will be joining a major employer in the South of England.
