Hotel Contractor Executive with French
Job Location: Bedfordshire
Salary/Additional Information: £17,000 to £21,000 per annum

Role: Hotel Contractor Executive with French
The Hotel Contractor Executive will be responsible for my client contracted hotels and other related products (meal inclusive etc) and to provide best net rates and commercial terms.
·To provide product support and training to call centres in French
·To secure net contracted rates from existing hotels in France within the current portfolio and to ensure these net rates and full contract conditions are available in time for loading on to relevant reservation system.
·To recommend and secure net contracted rates from new hotels in France in order to extend the current portfolio and to ensure these net rates and full contract conditions are available in time for loading on to relevant reservation system.
·To ensure contracted rates and conditions are competitive within the French market place.
·To source and secure ancillary products. e.g restaurants, tours and excursions in France.
·To maximise stock availability by securing sufficient allocations are contracted to meet demand. Manage contracted French hotel allocation, analysing stock usage. Negotiating and managing extra allocation.
·To secure additional accommodation and/or ground arrangements to meet demand of all promotions and tactical marketing activities and to ensure details and prices are available to deadline.
·To ensure all French contracted hotels and services comply to all relevant health and safety standards at all times by conducting regular inspections visits and follow up reports with supporting documentation
·To gather accurate descriptive and marketing information for all contracted hotels in France, ensure publishable photographic material is collated.
·To maintain contact with and secure best rates from all French hotel chains.
·To ensure all reservations staffs are fully trained and briefed in all relevant areas relating to the sale of French hotel suppliers.
·To liaise with travel partners to ensure any funding for activities is secured prior to product launch.
Profile:
·Fluent French Language skills essential
·Working knowledge of Windows applications including, Word, Excel, Outlook.
·Ability to work to tight deadlines.
·Good organisational skills.
·Accurate and fast keyboard skills.
·Excellent Negotiation skills
·Good knowledge of Tour Operation reservations systems would be an advantage
