Job title:
Bilingual Customer/Technical Support Agents

Duties:
•
Provide excellent customer service and technical support
•
Deal with inbound calls/emails from customers
•
Work in a team-oriented environment



Essential Criteria:
•
Good Keyboard Skills and Internet usage
•
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
•
Good team player
•
Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Dutch, German, French, Italian.
