Technical Support - Gain International Experience
My client provides multi channel, multilingual contact centre services to global organisations. Their primary aim is to deliver leading customer contact management solutions to clients in the global market place, while creating a working environment and culture that promotes respect for staff and customers.

Multilingual Level 1 Customer/Technical Support Representatives
Languages Required:
· Dutch

· LTAM Spanish
· Spanish with French
Responsibilities:
Ability to read and comprehend actively and effectively while understanding the tone of the customers through written communication
Ability to multitask by taking multiple chat sessions and maintain a high degree of accuracy
Creative and resourceful when confronted with unusual situations
Understands all aspects of the particular product/service supported
Strives for continuous personal development and improvement
Portrays a professional image
Ensure highest quality is maintained to meet or exceed customer specifications.
The ability to provide information verbally clearly and effectively
The ability to listen actively and effectively while comprehending the customers issue and tone on the call
Provides feedback to supervisors, managers, colleagues and the client
Essential Criteria:
6 Months previous Customer service and Technical experience
Outstanding keyboard Skills with high emphasis Internet usage
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Fluent in written and spoken English
Excellent inter-personal skills and a good team player
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent/proven technical knowledge in computers
Experience of using MS Office, Windows 95/98/2000/XP
Self-motivated - interest in self- development, high personal drive to succeed
Ability to meet strict deadlines and targets
Drive and determination to succeed and grow with the business
