Based near St Neots, Cambridgeshire, you will be working for an international company working in a multilingual team of 30 receiving incoming calls, processing orders, dealing with queries and promoting the company at 3 exhibitions in Germany a year. To do this you will have to be fluent in German and Hungarian, have at least 6 months office based customer service experience, IT literate and able to do Excel Spreadsheets, be a real team player with excellent communication skills.
