The Company:
My client is a leading European Technical and Customer Service provider based in Linlithgow who urgently requires an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst with fluent French Language skills for an expanding support team.
The Role:
You will be responsible for providing product support by phone and e-mail. Conduct thorough analysis of customer problems and answer customer questions will be one of your daily tasks. You will proactively and accurately document cases, and serve as central customer contact.
Candidate Profile:
The Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous IT Helpdesk support or System Admin experience
- Be fluent in French and English
- A basic to good knowledge of Windows
- A good knowledge of Unix OR Linux OR Solaris OS/servers.
Any knowledge of shell scripting, databases, file debugging and basic hardware problems would be an advantage. You must also be willing to work shifts (Shift bonus paid). Similar positions exist for German and/or Spanish speakers.
Salary/Additional Information:
