Our client requires a Spanish Speaking Account Handler to be responsible for the daily maintenance of various accounts as specified. The duties include telephone collection, client reports, and daily admin.

Role:
.Collect and maximise the recovery of client debt.

·Liaise and maintain a close business relationship and understanding with the client.

·Keep sales informed via Team Leaders of any relevant customer information.

·Follow documented procedures for the collection of the debt.

·Escalate to Team Leaders any problems and requesting assistance if required.

·Maintain customer portfolio in good order.

·Ensure billings are passed to the invoicing department without delay.

·Assist other members of the team.

·Ad-hoc duties.

Core Skills:
·Grade C or above GCSE English and Math’s.

·High level of business English.

·IT Literate (basic keyboard skills).

·Experience of an Office environment and general Office duties.

·Appropriate telephone manner.

·Accuracy and Business Awareness.


Skills and Experience:
·Previous experience of Credit Control essential.

·Highly organised.

·Customer service experience.

·Spanish speaker essential
