Our client, based in the centre of Slough is a market leader in Personal Loans. Specialising in Business to Consumer loans they help customers who have problems obtaining credit.

They are looking for high calibre individuals to work in their collection department. You will be will be taking calls collecting payments and negotiating arrangements.


Candidates must have either collections/ credit control experience or call centre/ customer service experience in a busy phone environment. They need to be confident negotiators as its a very busy department.
