Job Description
A luxury fashion brand is seeking a Customer Services Assistant to take an active role in the full life cycle of the customer orders from the order receipt to the dispatch of goods pertaining to that region.
You will maintain open communication with internal departments such as buying, production, shipping and finance to ensures order deadlines are met.
You must proactively anticipate problems and be a comfortable working numbers and have superior attention to detail.
You should have excellent MS Office skills and proficient in managing orders on SAP and a good understanding of how allocation is done.
Key responsibilities
-Ensure orders have been accurately entered and amend where needed
-Maintain the order book and monitor picking and shipping to ensure orders reach customers on time
-Assist in the allocation process
-Monitor customer returns
-Liaise with Credit, Sales, Production and Shipping departments in relation to shipment, payment and other related queries
-Liaise with Customers regarding all the relevant queries regarding the status of customer orders
-Regularly informs Supervisor/Manager on existing or foreseen issues and escalates them accordingly
