German Passenger Sales & Service Agent
Permanent position - F/T - 37.5 hours per week - shift work
Location: Manchester
Salary: £15500 - £16000
£13,100 per year + language allowance £900 per year + meal allowance £480
In addition to the above you will receive shift pay - approx £1000 - £1500 per year depending on shifts worked) & 1 week bonus. Full one week bonus approx. £229.

Job Accountabilities

Sales & Customer Service
Quote & sell airfares from the airline reservation system using the in-house quotation system
Change reservations & actively cross sell flights where services are full or unavailable.
Convert calls in to direct sales & constantly look for sales opportunities when servicing calls.
Offer all special products, promotions, & offers at all times.

Personal Specification:

Previous experience within a Customer Service role.
Excellent telephone manner
Previous Travel & Call Centre experience is desirable.
Must be fluent in English & German
