Fantastic opportunity for a German speaker to join an International Import Export company specialising in the Wine industry. The company is based in Theale, close to Reading.

You will be responsible for handling all customer communications in a professional and efficient manner.

This involves:
- handling all customer orders and enquiries according to departmental guidelines;
- ensuring that any service failures are recovered promptly and cost effectively;
- escalating issues in a timely manner;
- making additional direct marketing sales calls;
- carrying out cash collection activities to recoup monies outstanding;
- undertaking customer research activities;
- aiming to meet/exceed operational KPIs;
- being a professional advocate of the company in all dealings with customers and third party providers (warehouse, distributors, finance houses etc);
- communicating customer feedback to relevant internal contacts;
