French Customer Care Representative
*Yearly gross salary: 17,742.85 Euros

*Location: Alcobendas, 10km North of Madrid, Spain. 20 minutes from Madrid city centre by bus
*Type of contract: Permanent
*Starting date: 7th April
*Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 till 17:30 (different shifts patterns between these hours)
The General Motors Europe (GME) Customer Care Centre (CCC) is a multi-lingual and multicultural customer care centre. The centre provides customer service to owners of Vauxhall and Opel vehicles across many European countries.
Job role: Working in a team within a customer service centre environment, responsible for the resolution of incoming contacts from France GM/Opel customers and dealers.
Day-to-day duties:
*Delivery of exceptional customer service, coordinating cross departmental activity to ensure customer service expectations are achieved.
*Liaising with customers, proactively coordinate and monitor their interaction with the company
*Carrying out essential administration duties to ensure all the above is delivered
*Dealing with only French speaking customers
*Working to strict service level criteria and deadlines
*Working on own initiative to follow up and resolve the issues raised by customers
*Liaising with business partners - i.e. GM/Opel dealers, field managers and internal departments to develop action plans and resolutions
*Using modern computer technology - including Word and other Windows packages
