Job Description
Italian Passenger Sales and Service Agent
*Full time - 37.5 hours per week - Shift
*Location: Wilmslow (near Manchester)
*Salary: £15.000
*Shifts 7.5hrs between hrs of 7:30am & 10:30 Mon - Sun, working 2 weekends in 4
Job Accountabilities
*Sales and Customer Service
*Quote and sell airfares from the airline reservation system
*Change reservations and actively cross sell flights where services are full or unavailable.
*Where applicable, offer and sell ancillaries to include Hotels, car hire and tours.
*Offer all special products, promotions, and offers at all times.
