Multilingual Customer Service Representative
Based in Darwen, Lancs.

Our client is one of the world\'s largest producer of methyl methacrylate and cast sheet derivatives including the familiar brand names Perspex and Lucite. This is an exciting opportunity to join them: They are a market leader who as a result of a \"grow your own\" approach to our talent, has a vacancy within our Customer Service Team based in Darwen, Lancashire.
The successful candidate will look after a portfolio of customers in Iberia and France and tasks will include placing orders, handling enquiries, order winning, complaints handling and identifying margin improvement opportunities.

Essential qualifications and experience:

Fluency in written and spoken English

Fluency (written and spoken) in Spanish and French (the more languages the better!)
Previous customer service/commercial experience
Computer literacy (Microsoft packages)
Excellent interpersonal skills - face to face and on the telephone
A self starter who must be able to work to tight deadlines without supervision
Well organised with a structured approach to work
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Role requires compliance with procedures (internal and external) - applicant must be comfortable with this


We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Professional with the required skills and experience who want to be part of a global company that is dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement. In return we offer a starting salary of £22k - £23500 depending on experience, 25 days holiday, BUPA and pension scheme.
