The Role:

Bloomberg is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join the Contracts department. The team is responsible for liaising with all areas of the business and offering support to our extensive customer base.

Our Contracts Team is responsible for the administration of legal documentation between ourselves and our clients for all Bloomberg products. This high energy individual will be part of a team that is responsible for providing our clients with exceptional customer service regarding their contracts and orders.

Responsibilities include processing sales order requests for our clients and maintaining an integral part of the order system. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintain customer account information on our internal databases.

This is an internship position which could potentially lead to a permanent hire.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
* Proven administration skills with a good attention to detail
* Experience in detail with contract administration
* Ability to work closely within a global team
* Proven Customer Service skills
* Organized and detailed orientated
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience of detailed data entry
* Ability to multi-task
* Fluent German
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of Financial markets
