What will be your role as a Junior Recruitment Consultant with us?

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant you will develop an understanding of client's requirements, identify potential candidates through existing contacts or by advertising roles. You will assess candidates' skills through telephone interviews, tests and background checks, make recommendations to the clients and help with relocation issues.

You will be required to provide reliable and efficient support to senior recruitment advisors. You will manage all administration duties without supervision and support and assist clients and candidates by responding to their needs and demands in a professional and timely manner. You will be responsible to maximise division profit through excellent support of the team in all administrative areas.

Your role will be demanding and diverse but rewarding in a short time. You will start your carrer with a help of Senior Staff Member and with the support of a friendly team. Your key skills will be recogized and aworded and your professional development is almost certain
