Role: Multilingual International Assistant Coordinators with French

The role holders will be responsible for effectively and professionally managing assistance cases.
This will involve a high level of contact with both clients, often in difficult and sensitive circumstances, and external professional service providers based both in the UK and abroad in English and French.
This position is within a 24hr/365 day centre and therefore applicants must be able to work on a shift basis. However this specific position is only on a daytime shift bases.

Profile:
The candidate will:
·Speaks fluent English and French
·Have excellent communication skills
·Be able to think and react clearly under the pressure of emergency situations
·Be able to demonstrate solid organisational and problem solving skills
