Project Manager (Retail) – great agency with fantastic benefits

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 plus generous bonus

We have a vacancy for an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager to join the Retail research team of one of the best agencies to work for in the business. We are looking for someone who ideally fills the following criteria:

oA proven track record of project management within research context – could be agency or client-side
oWill already have retail background, or at least some retail experience
oHas a genuine interest in a long-term career on agency-side in market research
oKeen to learn, develop their skills and progress to position of Project Director
oMust be able to take responsibility for maintaining & growing existing client relationships, and be interested in developing new ones
oNeeds a firm grounding in principal quant techniques as they relate to retail sector (e.g. exit surveys)
oExperience of data collection via F2F, CATI and on-line
oAn understanding of qual techniques is desirable rather than essential; actual experience would be a bonus
oExperienced in questionnaire design, managing agency suppliers, data analysis and supervised preparation of reports and presentations
oAbility to understand and - under supervision – respond to client briefs
