Our client is one of N Ireland’s largest and most respected customer services providers. They are currently seeking Estonian & Danish customer service agents to assist with a house hold name automotive client.

This customer focused role will be dealing with both end-user- customers and car dealership staff calling in for information or advice.

Knowledge of the automotive industry is not necessary as full training is given and the most important skills is customer service. To be successful you must be fluent in Estonian also fluent in English, but both must be written and spoken.

A good customer service background and IT literacy would be an advantage.

Successful candidates will be hired on the basis of a telephone interview.

Salary & Benefits

The hours of work are 40 per week, working the business hours of the country you are working with.
