Job Description
Based in the centre of Watford, Hertfordshire minutes walk from the mainline station, you will be working for an international company in a varied role. Based in Reception, you will be the first person visitors meet - you will be answering calls, taking messages, setting up meeting rooms and ensuring there is water., coffee, tea, doing stationery orders, arra\nging board meetings, creating purchase orders, managing petty cash, arranging visas, flights, hotels, distributing press releases and helping organise the annual office week long conference aborad! To do this you will ideally be fluent in a European Language and English, be well presented, friendly and approachable, have at least a year's office administration experience, intermediate Word and Excel, and a proactive and positive approach to your work!
