Insurance Account Manager with Czech
Job Location: Windsor
Salary/Additional Information: up to 45K

Role: Czech speaking INSURANCE CLIENT SERVICE & ACCOUNT MANAGER
Responsibilities include:
·Providing professional consultancy service worldwide on all issues associated with the Eastern European insurance market but specifically for the Czech Republic
·Development and management of local client and broker relationships in line with Client Service Process and Relationship Management principles and practices.
·Acting as an ambassador representing the company and effectively communicating underwriting and engineering principles & services to local clients and brokers.
·Prospect activity on opportunities in the Czech Republic
·Account management of existing clients
Profile: Czech speaking INSURANCE CLIENT SERVICE & ACCOUNT MANAGER
·Fluency in Czech essential
·Degree or Degree calibre candidate
·Professional Risk Management qualification an advantage
·Experience in the large commercial property insurance sector
·Client/broker contact experience at a senior level
·Property underwriting experience an advantage
·Loss prevention engineering background an advantage
·Excellent verbal, written and presentational skills
·Able to work independently, proactively with lateral thinking skills in a self directed manner
·Energy and enthusiasm
·Frequent travel, especially in Eastern Europe (Czech Republic)
·Solid technology skills incl. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·Account Manager or client services experience preferable
