Job Description
Large financial organisation based in Sunderland currently seeking an Italian speaking Customer Service Representative to work in their International Credit Control team for a 6 month contract.
The purpose of the role is to collect outstanding debt from customers via telephone and correspondence and will involve:
- Dealing with customer queries
- Chasing debt over the phone and via letters and emails
- Reporting high risk customers to the supervisor
- Reconciliation of accounts and investigation of refunds
- Production of debtor reviews on a monthly basis
Applicants must speak fluent Italian and English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. First class IT skills, including a good working knowledge of word and excel is required. Candidates will need to be able to work to tight deadlines and be motivated team players.
The successful applicant will be put onto a 6 month initial contract and receive an excellent benefits package including a salary of £15,500 pa.
