Our client, an international financial services firm, is currently recruiting a German speaking Customer Service Associate for its team working within the Banking and Settlements division who are responsible for settling client's transactions in the company's range of funds.
Job Description
- Inputting and verifying instructions for client's transactions
- Ensuring that transactions match prior to settlement
- Chasing counterparties for unmatched trades
- Processing of clients' transfers in and out of the company
Experience and Qualifications
Essential Skills Required:
- German language
- Proven ability to process and check transactions quickly and accurately
- Ability to work as a team
- Settlements experience (e.g. Clearstream, Euroclear, Crest, etc) would be beneficial
Salary: - £10per hour
