An opportunity has arisen to join this international manufacturing and supply company, world leader within its niche sector. As a bilingual (Italian/English) Customer Services Administrator, you will be reporting to the International Customer Services Manager and your main responsibilities will include:
-Providing a caring professional response to all orders and enquiries with a quality of service that meets or exceeds specified targets.
-Ensuring that the policies and practices of the organisation including ISO 9001 and Health and Safety Procedures are applied at all times.
-Achieving all deadlines and targets and exceeding them where possible
-Order entry in a timely and efficient manner
Range of Activities and Tasks:
-To support the development of the organisation and to assist in meeting objectives of Customer Services
-Respond and own customer inquires
-Resolve complaints
-Maintain accurate customer details on all systems
-Request technical assistance
-Update customers at a regular intervals regarding outstanding work requests
-Work to a rota as part of a team
-Attend meetings
-Undertake duties as required by your manager, which help achieve optimum results for the organisation
-Inform customers of changes and new products
-Act as the primary interface for selected customers as required, providing regular reports where agreed
-Answer all calls in a professional and courteous manner within the target time
-Support and train colleagues, acting as a mentor and a role model
-Provide department overviews for customers
