The UK’s leading Insurance Administrator to the leasing industry is looking for
FRENCH & GERMAN SPEAKING, TELEPHONE BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE/CLAIMS ADVISORS
to work in our Bristol city centre office in Queen Square.

•Do you speak and write French or German fluently and to a professional business standard?
•Do you also speak and write English fluently to a professional business standard?
•Do you want a full-time career in customer service and claims handling, speaking to English and European callers?
•Have you got previous experience of call centre type work; or in dealing with Customer Service queries, including resolving complaints to customer satisfaction?
•Would you like to share your European cultural knowledge with us, and do occasional translation work?

We have a small friendly multilingual team, and we need excellent communicators who say ‘yes’ to the questions above, and are flexible, cheerful and team orientated; but can also work under their own initiative. We enjoy providing excellent customer service and treating customers fairly, and we want you to share this attitude with us!

The busy team here does admin tasks as well as taking calls, so high standards of literacy, numeracy and accuracy, as well as PC literacy are needed. Investigation and negotiation skills are also an advantage for claims handling, but full and thorough training is provided so no insurance experience is necessary.

We work Monday to Friday (usually 8am – 4.30pm).

The salary starts at £16,855 pa, (increasing regularly with training and competence to £18,486 pa during your second year, and to a potential of £19,986 after that).
