Company: Our client is known as one of the companies at the forefront of internet security, desktop security and web filtering technologies. They have won awards for their innovative and practical software and have grown to almost 5,000 staff in 20 years.
Their software has been deployed by Enterprise and Small, Medium and Large customers across the US, Europe and Asia. To date they have protected 15 million websites in 50+ languages with their anti-threat software.
Role: As part of their ongoing growth they now wish to expand their sales and marketing teams in Europe to allow them to penetrate the IT & Internet security market. Positions exist for ambitious sales executives to join their European sales team outside London.
Opportunities exist for Sales Account Managers, Inside Sales and maintenance and renewals. These positions involve managing their UK, Dutch, German, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish & Danish customers.
Sales Account managers are responsible for managing existing customers (large and small) to ensure that their products are meeting their needs and to identify further sales opportunities within these accounts. This is a sales lead role that requires indepth understanding of sales, account management and technical understanding of software especially IT & Web security.
The inside sales professional is responsible for following up on customer leads, inbound emails & phone calls and market development. This is a largely new business role that will allow the inside sales professional to manage the customer he/she wins. This is a targeted revenue generation role that needs someone with a business development and “hunter” mentality that can spot sales opportunities within their market.
A small team of maintenance and renewals execs work to renew customer contracts before their annual renewal date. This involves contacting the stakeholders in the customer organisation to get feedback understand their experience and agree to renew subscription. There is a large element of up-selling here as their will be opportunities for growth in the customer accounts.
Skills: If you are a native-level speaker of English, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish OR Danish with 2-5 years IT sales, internet sales, it security sales or CRM sales we have positions for you. Candidates with proven technology sales and internet security or web security are preferred.
