Job Description
Industrial company based in Teeside currently seeking an Italian with French or Spanish speaking Accounts Payable Administrator to join their professional team. The successful applicant will receive an excellent benefits package including salary of between £20,400 - £25,500, contributory pension scheme, private health care and 25 days holiday per annum.
Providing a high level of service to internal customers, the role will include:
· Maximising supplier credit terms to add value to business
· Ensuring all monies due are paid according to negotiated terms
· Supporting transactions and business services
· Ensuring correct site purchasing procedures are followed
· Ensuring goods and service receipts are completed in a timely manner
· Maintaining and developing key relationships
Applicant must be fluent in Italian and English and French or Spanish. Applicants should ideally have some relevant accounting qualifications and be aiming to gain their CIMA certificate. Substantial experience working in financial accounting and accounts payable is required. Applicants should have excellent MS office skills particularly in excel. Due to the location of this role, possessing own transport would be advantageous.
