Flame Employment's Multi Lingual Division in Glasgow is currently recruiting for Customer Care Specialists to work for a multi-national company. We have opportunities available in Edinburgh and Lothians, Scotland.

We would like to hear from candidates who can speak Italian, Spanish, Danish, Finnish or Swedish fluently. You must also have excellent customer service skills and experience.

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to work for a small, friendly and informal team. This is an exciting role which will provide their customers with a service which is renowned for being second to none.

Within this role, your main duties will include:

* Handling inbound and outbound calls
* Working on your initiative
* Meeting and exceeding targets

If you are able to fluently speak Italian, Spanish, Danish, Finnish or Swedish, would be committed to working shift patterns, have your own transport and possess great customer service skills and experience then this is the job for you!
