Multi-lingual (French) Customer Service / Admin Person , Sales Rep

Pay rate - initially £9 per hour (Temp rate)

(There is an opportunity for this role to become permanent for the right candidate where in which more Sales will be involved but the salary would increase to £20,000+).


Flame Employment's Multi-lingual Division in Glasgow currently requires a Multi-lingual Call Centre Representative who is fluent in French as well as English. You will be working for a reputable company located in Livingston, West Lothian, Scotland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of customer service and admin duties. Primarily you will be dealing with existing clients and helping them with any queries as well as talking orders and confirming deliveries.

Those candidates who have experience in the manufacturing industry would be at advantage, however those who do not will still be considered as eligible for this position. All candidates must be PC literate.

This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate. Initially this role would be Customer Service / Admin based but if the right candidate proves they are capable to progress there is an opportunity to progress to a more Sales Orientated role which will be a permanent placement and with a higher salary to reflect the change in the role.
