Multi-lingual Call Centre Representative (European language)
Livingston, West Lothian, Scotland - £16,000-£17,500 (dependent on experience)


Flame Employment's Multi-lingual Division in Glasgow currently requires a Multi-lingual Call Centre Representative who is fluent in a European language as well as English. You will be working for a highly respectable Pharmaceutical company located in Livingston, West Lothian, Scotland.

The successful candidate will service inbound and outbound calls. The role may also be a point of contact for the Project Management team and may have associated project specific responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Liaises with members of the Project Management (PM) team with reference to project specific issues.
* Promotes a positive image to both internal and external customer.
* Performs other duties as directed by the Team Leader(s), Operations Manager and/or Clinical Technology Services Management such as basic admin duties.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRMENTS:

* Must be a Fluent in a European Language (French, Spanish, German, Italian, Polish etc)
* A degree or equivalent in the Danish language OR be a native speaker of a second language
* PC literate
* Own transport
* Be able to meet targets


EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience within a Call Centre environment is preferable however not essential.
