Based in Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, you will be joining a multilingual team who provide IT support to businesses and home users. You will be working a 7.5 hour shift Monday to Friday – cover has to be provided from 7.30am – 8pm. To do this you will need to be fluent in German and English, have at least one years corporate helpdesk experience including Windows OSW2K to XP, Office 97 to XP, Outlook/Exchange, TCP/IP.
