Based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire you will be working for a dynamic international company in their multilingual customer service team.
You will be acting as the first point of contact for customers, dealing with queries and complaints, processing orders, issuing invoices, working closely with the sales and marketing departments, preparation of export documentation and entering all the information onto the company systems.
To do this you will need to be fluent in either German or French, with excellent spoken and written English, be of graduate calibre, have 3 – 4 years office based customer service/order processing experience/account management experience, have first class communication skills with a proactive and professional approach to your work. In addition you must be able to work to tight deadlines, numerate, able to prioritise and be IT literate.
