Multilingual Customer Service Advisor


Person profile:

As part of a small ‘ring-fenced’ business to business operation, this is a broad Customer Service role handling French & German customer contacts

The role would suit a person with experience in customer service/ office administration, fluent in French, German and English both written and spoken.

Able to demonstrate:

• Inbound telephone skills to handle sales order enquiries, processing & complaints
• Outbound telephone skills to perform credit control activity & debt collection and also occasional telemarketing to existing customers
• Attention to detail
• Computer skills to accurately input customer data
• Initiative and enthusiasm in the promotion of excellent service and continuous improvement in business practice and processes

Availability
To work flexible hours with colleagues covering Monday to Friday operations from 8:00 to 17:00 (annual British time), working a basic 35 hour week.

Training
Full training for systems and credit control will be given
