Based in Glasgow, Scotland, you will be working in a multinational company providing first class customer support and liaison to internal and external customers via telephone, email and fax. To do this you will need to be fluent in spoken and written Danish and English, have at least 6 months office based customer service experience, be able to work with a minimum of supervision, have first class communication skills, the ability to deal with escalated issues and have a positive and proactive approach and excellent Word and Excel
