Requirements:

*Absolute fluency in English and Finnish
*You must demonstrate strong evidence of technical ability. This would include a computer science degree or certificate and/or strong tech support experience.
*Great customer service skills – ideally proven through your tech support or customer service (call-centre) experience.
*Strong problem solving skills.
*You need to be willing to work under pressure and in a challenging environment.
*Commitment to the full term of the contract and to working long term in IBM in Ireland.

Skills:
