IBM have some Danish Technical Support positions to work in their European Customer Support Centre based in Dublin 15, Ireland. This is a multicultural and friendly environment with 1.200 workers from 15 European countries. We organise interviews in Dublin or abroad and you will receive the relocation package.

Here below are the duties of the job:
•Taking the inbound calls of the Danish customers.
•Identifying the customer, the machine and the problem/difficulty and updating the details in database.
•Providing Hardware and Software Telephone support for the IBM products.
•Answering to the customers’ queries.
Required Skills for the role:
A customer service experience and a good PC knowledge/IT education are required as well as a good knowledge in English and fluency in Danish. The candidate needs to have good communication skills and to be a team player. The aptitude to work well under pressure and deal positively with difficult situations is also important. A good understanding and troubleshooting of the technical problems are required.
