Essential:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
Fluent Swedish and English, good understanding of Norwegian
Good Time-management
Proven ability to work on own initiative
Excellent Problem-solving techniques
Team-player
Solution driven approach to customer feedback and FCR (First call resolution)
Excellent working knowledge of EMOS booking system
Flexibility
