E ARE RECRUITING CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS FLUENT IN BOTH SWEDISH & NORWEGIAN FOR OUR CLIENT IN CLARE.
Manage the short to medium term availability of hotel, holiday home and other leisure related products within an assigned geographical area.
Identify key individuals in provider organisations and build a strong relationship with them to secure a constant flow of appropriate product throughout the year.
Work proactively with the telesales floor to match supply with demand
Resolve relevant provider and customer issues that are channelled from the sales floor and the account management team
Proactively manage providers to ensure adequate supply in assigned locations
Develop and implement a clear and timely communications programme to notify changes in terms and conditions to our providers.
Load new providers onto Emos and provide appropriate material to training
Work proactively with the telesales staff to sell new providers and oversupply locations.
