Purpose
Provide a front line telephone sales service for inbound customers calling for advice and assistance in choosing and ordering their Our Client’s products via Our Client’s Store.

To promote The Our Client’s Store products and promotions to all callers requesting general information. To encourage customers to purchase all their Our Client’s and third party products from The Our Client’s Store. Some Out-bounding activities will also be required.

Experience/Skills required
Excellent customer interaction skills (via telephone and email)
Strong organizational and administration skills
Be a self-starter who is motivated and innovative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High volume data entry skills
Complex problem solving capability
Typing skills (c 30 wpm)
