Trilingual Account Executive
Languages: French / German / Dutch / Swedish (any combination of 2 languages plus English)

Provide excellent Account Management and support for external and internal customers, and Sales teams. Manage Order Processing and conversion to invoice for determined customer base. Act pro-actively to maximise sales and efficiency. Be an active and supportive team player.

Key Responsibilities
Order processing & Order-book management

Ensure all orders are processed accurately and in line with current policies and procedures.
Proactive Conversion of order-book to maximise on-time invoicing.
Minimise back order position.
Weekly projection of invoice/conversion of \'owned\' order-book.
Ongoing housekeeping to ensure a \'valid\' order-book.
Pro-active management of Locker Stock orders & Reservation call-offs where applicable in line with Market policy.
Manage samples/pre-lines orders/shipments to customers when necessary, and oversee any returns.
