Czech Speaking Secretary, Docklands, Temp to Perm contracts, up to £30k ae
Job Location: DOCKLANDS, LONDON
Salary/Additional Information: The salary is paid on a temporary hourly rate initially c£12.00 per hour. Once permanent, you will receive a salary in the region of £24-30,000 ae. Other benefits include pension, medical insurance and a generous annual leave package

Role: To provide bilingual secretarial and administrative support to a small team of executives in a medical or pharmaceutical environment. Fluency in at least two EU languages is required to facilitate translation and proofreading work. A full range of support duties will also include arranging meetings, travel and diary management.
The organisation requires a number of bilingual secretaries for various departments including Accounts & Finance and Executive support.
Profile: To meet the requirements laid down by the European Commission, all employees must be eligible to work in one of the member states. Proof of right to work in the EU and copies of all education certificates will be required upon application. Candidates must be educated to ‘A' level standard or equivalent.
A high level of competency as a secretary from a stable international background and advanced MS Office skills are essential.
Candidates must also be available to work immediately as all new employees are recruited on temporary contracts initially, with a permanent contract being issued after a minimum period of three months, pending suitability.
