Based in Watford, Hertfordshire close to the mainline station, you will be working for an international IT company within a multilingual team.

You will be making outbound calls, identifying and qualifying leads for the German field sales team which involves cold calls in addition to working from databases, working to targets and supporting the sales engineers and following up on marketing initiatives.

To do this you will have to be highly motivated and really get a "buzz" out of making outbound calls, you will need to be fluent in German and English, have at least 6 months telephone sales experience, have plenty of initiative, tenacity and the drive to exceed targets. Some knowledge or an interest in IT would be an advantage.
