My client is a leading European Technical and Customer Service provider who urgently requires an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst with fluent German or French Language skills for an expanding support team.

The Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous IT Helpdesk support or System Admin experience
- Be fluent in either German or French
- A good knowledge of Windows
- A solid knowledge of Unix or Linux or Solaris OS/servers.

Any knowledge of shell scripting, databases, file debugging and basic hardware problems would be an advantage. You must also be willing to work shifts (Shift bonus paid).
