French + German Speaking Financial Accountant (UK based)
Location: Warrington
Salary: £25000 - £35000

Following centralisation, this fast growing sportswear company seeks an experienced qualified Accountant to take responsibility for the Financial processing and reporting of its French business.

You will be responsible for the Month End Close, Internal and Statutory reporting, and liaison with authorities in the relative countries.

With a strong attention to detail, you will possess excellent communication skills which will be complemented with the ability to work autonomously, and interact professionally both internally and with external organisations.

Duties Include:

Preparation of monthly accounts package including P&L and Balance Sheet
Full responsibility for General Ledger processing, maintenance and control
Balance Sheet Reconciliation\'s
Control of Fixed Assets and Lease accounting
Calculation of commissions, payroll accounting and related declarations
Inter Company transactions with UK and USA
Liaison with relevant tax and government authorities
Responsibility for VAT and Intrastat returns, combined with other compliance reporting

Required Skills:

Fluent French and German
2 years experience in relevant country
Strong I.T. skills
Flexible and team orientated
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Exposure to multi currency transactions
Post qualification desirable
