Our Client is a major EU organisation in London is currently seeking a part qualified or qualified accountant for a 6 month contract (may be renewed) to provide support to the accounting division.

Job description:

1 Management of contractor who will carry out complete physical inventory of company’s tangible and intangible assets. Liaison and coordination of staff involved
In the process of purchasing, accounting and physical control of assets.

2 Data cleansing of asset register records in preparation for migration to SAP

3 Configuration tests and integration testing for SAP Asset accounting processes.

4 Involvement in migration to SAP including training of users.

5 Back up for accounts receivable, processing invoicing, receipts registration and reporting

Requirements

Fluency in English - speaking, reading and writing along with fluency in at least one of the following languages: French or German or Dutch or Swedish or Danish or Czech or Greek or Lithuanian or Romanian or Hungarian or Spanish or Italian or Portuguese

Certified accountant with at least 3 years experience with the ability to work under minimal supervision;
Experience in fixed asset accounting and systems
Knowledge of SAP
Ability to interact with and coordinate key users outside of the Accounts Section.
Candidates should be EU Passport holders

Hourly rates in the region of £13-£15 per hour + holiday pay.

Candidates should be available to start at short notice
