Designs and executes research which incorporates advanced methods to meet complex needs
Provides added value consultancy for clients
Conducts professional and authoritative presentations to clients at all levels
Manages sales process from receipt of RFP through to pitch
Meets sales targets
Communicates authoritatively with clients about (their) industry issues
Manages, develops, coaches and motivates staff
Establishes and manages client relationships
Meets revenue targets
Meets customer satisfaction targets
Represents and acts for the company at a corporate level
Monitors and manages department budgets
Presents at external conferences and seminars
