Our long-standing prestigious client is looking for Multilingual Customer Service Advisors. The company are based in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

You must be able to speak German or Italian or French with German or Italian fluently combined with fluent English.

Duties include:
Providing high quality, fast, efficient and friendly customer service
Taking inbound calls from Europe
Using the system to input and obtain the appropriate information
Dealing with enquiries

You need to be Computer literate have good customer service skills and excellent communication skills

The salary includes a single language allowance. Additional languages, which will be tested, carry an extra £900 per year per language.

The position involves shift work; the office operates between the hours of 7.30am and 10.00pm, 7 days a week. You will be required to work 37.5 hours and 5 days per week between the hours and days stated.
