Job Description
Eurocentres is a chain of language schools teaching 8 languages in 31 destinations around the world.
We are looking for a dynamic person to join our London Head Office in Victoria as a fulltime Head of Enrolment Services. The ideal candidate will need to be flexible, team orientated, able to prioritise their workload effectively and have managerial experience in a customer service environment. Excellent written and spoken English is a necessity plus at least one other language is highly desirable.
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (including performance related bonus)
Summary of main duties:
• Be responsible for building, training and maintaining an efficient Enrolment Department based in London
• Communicate company policy and train our Swiss Enrolment Team based in Zurich
• Organise ,supervise and delegate the workload of the Enrolments Department (London and Zurich) while ensuring that Eurocentres defined service standards are adhered to
• Process Enrolments as and when is necessary
• Maintain an accurate and efficient information flow between Area Sales Managers, Agents and Schools concerning capacity, course changes, new products, enrolment checklists, payment details etc
• Monitor the complaints log and interact with the schools to ensure that complaints are quickly, efficiently and sensitively dealt with
• Create and revise sales documents as required (e.g. Sales Manual and Info sheets)
• Responsible person for CLASS issues referring to Enrolment procedures
• Be responsible for contingency planning for the enrolment department
• Be responsible for ensuring procedural and quality standards are met within the department (IKS)
• Be the key person in Enrolments responsible for UK government visa regulations and ensure that procedural changes are communicated effectively and accurately
• Organise payment for student CAS numbers on a daily basis
• Deputise for the UKBA Authorising Officer on Enrolment related issues in his absence
